Warren Thompson, age 86, of Highland Park, passed away peacefully on Monday morning, November 6, 2017.
Born in Queens, NY, he lived in Highland Park of most of his life.
He was pre-deceased by his wife of 62 years, Anna, in February of this year, and five brothers.
He is survived by two daughters, Carol Tarkany and her husband, Daniel, Mary Thompson and her fiancé Wayne Wagner; five sons; Warren Thompson Jr. and his wife Sarah, Robert Thompson, Daniel Thompson and his wife Annette, Michael Thompson and his wife Nina, Thomas Thompson and his wife, Susie Gottlieb.
Warren is also survived by ten grandchildren, Amanda Beyer, Jason Thompson, Kaitlin, Bridget, Ciara and Michael Thompson, Daniel and Alexa Thompson, Joel and Regina Thompson.
He is also survived by his brother Alan Thompson and his wife Midge Thompson, long with many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm, on Wednesday, November 8th, at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park, NJ. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 9th, at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church, in Highland Park.
Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery Mausoleum, Piscataway.
