Ronald Steinwehr, 77 died Thursday, Jan. 12, 2017, at his home.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, Jan 21 at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 S. Adelaide Ave, Highland Park. Family and friends are invited to a visitation beginning at 11:00 am. The service will begin at 12 pm.
He grew up in Hoboken, NJ the son of the late George W Steinwehr and Helen Bowers Steinwehr. After graduating from Jersey City State he moved to Middlesex County where he taught in East Brunswick and Monroe Twp. School systems. After retirement he worked for many years in the Highland Park recreation program. He was also a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Lisa; daughter Beth, son Ronald Jr., and his wife Meashell, their children Bayley, Masen, Ella and Jack.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
