Robert “Tiger” Lawson, Jr. age 39, of Highland Park, died Thursday, January 26, 2012 at his residence.
Born in Elizabeth, he attended Highland Park High School and has lived in Highland Park for most of his life. Tiger loved collecting guitars, riding quads, playing video games and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers football fan.
He worked as a delivery man for See-More T.V. & Appliance Center in Metuchen for over 15 years.
Tiger is survived by his parents, Robert and Mary Lawson, Sr. of Highland Park, a brother, Charles Lawson of Highland Park, a brother/son , Chris Parsons of Highland Park and several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins living throughout Pennsylvania and North Carolina.
A viewing will be held from 2-6 p.m. Monday at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park.www.jkfuneralhome.com) A gathering will follow from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Monday at the Highland Park Senior/Youth Center, South Sixth Avenue, Highland Park.
