Rienzo “Renzo” Butti, age 90, of Highland Park, died Saturday, August 13, 2011 at the Regency Heritage Care Center in Somerset, N.J.
Born in Mereto di Tomba, Italy, he has lived in Highland Park since 1964.
Rienzo worked 50 years as a carpenter for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America before retiring several years ago.
He is survived by his sister, Luigia and two nieces Elisabetta and Claudia, all of Italy and several friends here in this area.
Relatives and friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Monday at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church, Highland Park. Entombment will follow at Resurrrection Burial Park Mausoleum, Piscataway.
