Philip L. Reinhardt Jr., age 86, of Edison, died on Saturday, January 4, 2014 at his home.
Born in South River, he has lived in Edison for most of his life.
Philip was an Army veteran of World War II. He had worked many years as a security guard at Johnson & Johnson Co. in New Brunswick.
He was a communicant at St. Matthew the Apostle R.C. Church in Edison.
He was pre-deceased by his wife, Rose and his son, Philip.
Philip is survived by two grandchildren, P.J. and Teddy Reinhardt, and a daughter-in-law, Claire.
Relatives and friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, January 7th at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park. Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 8th at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home followed by a 9:30 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at St. Matthew the Apostle R.C. Church in Edison. Interment will follow at Resurrection Burial Park, Piscataway, N.J.
