Nancy F. Fornarotto, age 92, died Saturday, April 11, 2009. She was born in New Brunswick, N.J. and had lived in Edison for many years.
Nancy had been employed as an inspector and package worker for the Raritan Arsenal where she met her husband, Nicholas Fornarotto, Jr.
She was a communicant at St.Paul the Apostle R.C. Church in Highland Park where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society and the Senior Citizens Group. In her earlier years, she was active with the St. Paul's School PTA.
Nancy was pre-deceased by her husband, Nicholas Fornarotto, Jr. in 2005, a sister, Mary Romano, and two brothers, Michael and Gerolo Casciana.
She is survived by her daughter, Nancy L. Ness and her husband, Richard, of Bethlehem, PA, a son; Nicholas Fornarotto, III and his wife, Sharon of Highland Park, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Relatives and friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 15th at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home followed by a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church in Highland Park. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick, N.J.
