Michael Adam Rapacki, 80, of Colonia, New Jersey passed on November 14, 2025, in his home, surrounded by his family and embraced in their love.
Born August 28, 1945 in Bayonne, NJ to Adam and Cecelia Rapacki. Graduated Linden High School, class of 1963. He married the love of his life, Natalie (Desiato) Rapacki, on August 1, 1971. Michael built a proud and dedicated 40-year career at Bayway Refinery in Linden, NJ. After retiring in 2011, he loved being out on the open road, happily driving anywhere Natalie planned and cherishing the time they spent together.
Michael embodied what it means to be a family man—the provider, the protector, and the heart of his home. He was a devoted husband, proud father, loving grandfather and loving brother. He was the true definition of a family man.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Natalie; his children, son Steven Michael and his wife Kristi (Urban) Rapacki, daughter Stacey Natalie and her husband Phillip Pascetta; his cherished grandchildren, Code-Evan Steven Rapacki and Noah Albert Rapacki; and his sister, Christine Rapacki. He was predeceased by his parents, Adam and Cecelia Rapacki.
Michael was a shining example of how to love your family, a legacy that will continue through his children and grandchildren. His devotion will be forever remembered.
