Margaret Wacker Thompson Kecskes.age 96, of Highland Park, died on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick.
Born in New Brunswick, she graduated from New Brunswick High School in 1936. Margaret has lived in Highland Park for over 60 years.
Margaret had worked as a bookkeeper for DeAngelis Brothers Auto, Johnson & Johnson and last for Public Service Electric & Gas Company before her retirement.
She was a communicant at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church (now Transfiguration of the Lord Parish) in Highland Park.
She was pre-deceased by her first husband, Harty Thompson, and her second husband, Alex Kecskes.
Margaret is survived by her brother, Adam Wacker, a nephew, Joseph Wacker, a niece, Suzanne Aquilone, a nephew by marriage, John Langolf, and three great nieces, Julianna and Sabrina Aquilone and Jordyn Wacker.
Relatives and friends may call from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 4th at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church (Transfiguration of the Lord Parish) in Highland Park. Interment will follow at St. Peter's Cemetery, New Brunswick.
