Linda Marrero Romero
She was born on June 4,1952 and passed away August 30,2011. She leaves behind her husband Victor C. Romero, her sons David Vasquez,(Michelle),Richard Pabey, Jason Pabey (Amanda) and daughters Christina Lahee, Ingrid Johnson. She also leaves behind 3 grandchildren Angel and Faith Vasquez, Robinson Pabey, nieces, nephews, in-laws,and her brother Raymond Marrero and sister Iris Aponte.
Linda was a woman who had many skills. She began her career as a telephone operator at New York Bell when she was 16, and since then has had other careers, but the one she was proud of the most was being a wife and a mother. She was friend to many and a mother to all. Everyone called her Miss Linda. She traveled the U.S. but her favorite places of all were Las Vegas and Atlantic City.
We, as her family, can only say that she will be missed by many and never forgotten. Linda was a great woman, role model and always gave everything 110%. She left this world a fighter, and through her strength we have all learned a lot and take with us her spirit of love, hope, happiness, and just to live life!
We would like to say thank you to all who sent their words of love and peace to our family and to know that we greatly appreciate all of them. She would want you all not to cry for her but to dance and sing and rejoice that she is finally home with her god and family who have made it to heaven before her.
Mom we love you and will never forget all you have taught us, you were mom, sister, friend, shoulder, partner in crime, healer of hearts, listener, and best of all just you.We thank god that he gave us the time to spend with this most amazing angel and are sad to give her back so soon. So, RIP SWEET LADY AND PLEASE DON'T WORRY FOR WE ARE ALL GOING TO BE JUST FINE!!!
