Julia Kadas, age 84, of Edison, died Friday, September 12, 2008 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J.
Born in Bonhamtown, N.J., she lived in New Brunswick before moving to Edison where she has lived most of her life. She was a communicant at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church in Highland Park. Julia was a member of the Lindeneau and Edison Senior Citizen Groups. She had worked as a clerk for Ethicon in Somerville and Revlon, Inc. in Edison as well as being a homemaker. Julia was pre-deceased by her husband, Arthur Kadas, Sr. in 1997. She is survived by a daughter, Patricia "Pat" Luftman and her husband, Henry, and a son, Arthur Kadas, Jr. and his wife, Marjorie and three grandchildren; Nathan Luftman, Natalie Luftman, and Tracey Murphy and her husband, John.
