John Toth

John Robert “Bob” Toth went home to live with the Lord on August 14, 2013. He graduated from New Brunswick High School in 1956 and worked at New Brunswick News Dealers which later became RPS for 43 years. Bob was a lifelong member of the Highland Park Volunteer Fire Department and continued serving on the relief association until 2006.
Bob is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Patricia Burns Toth and four daughters; Beth Riese of Hamilton, Kelli Toth and George Repity of Riverview, FL, Robin and Steve Akstull of Deland, FL, and Terri MacKinney of Hopewell, N.J., five grandchildren, Jamie and Brittany Riese, P.J. MacKinney, Matthew McKinney and Adam Riese, a sister, Linda Fabricatore of Ocala, FL, sister-in-laws, Margaret Velden of Bridgewater and Debbie Toth of North Brunswick and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park. A funeral liturgy will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday at Transfiguration of the Lord Parish, St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church in Highland Park. Private cremation will follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Bob's memory may be made to a favorite charity of the donor's choice.
