John Szur

John Paul Szur, age 63, of Edison and Highland Park, died on Friday, October 20, 2017 at the JFK Medical Center in Edison.

Born in New Brunswick, he lived in Highland Park and Edison for many years.

He was a former communicant at the Transfiguration of the Lord Parish, St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church in Highland Park.

John was pre-deceased by his father, Geza Szur and a sister, Judith Ann Szur.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret Szur, a brother, Richard Davis, and a sister, Alexandra Kent.

Relatives and friends may call from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Transfiguration of the Lord Parish, St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church, Highland Park. Interment will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick.
