Frances Harriet Meseroll, age 77,of Highland Park, died Monday evening, January 7, 2008 at St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick. Born in Highland Park, she graduated from the Highland Park High School, Class of 1948 and has been a lifelong resident. Frances was a lifelong parishioner at St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church in Highland Park. She enjoyed gardening, travel, sailing and fishing. Frances had worked as a mail order specialist for Brooks Brothers in Edison for 18 years before retiring in 2001. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Joseph and Mary Materniak and two brothers, Bruno and Anthony Materniak. Frances is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Donald William Meseroll, a son, Mark W. Meseroll and his wife, Susan of Monroe Twp., daughters, Donna M. Lane of Holmdel, Carol L. Long and her husband, Wayne of Highland Park, Karen E. Sanford of Piscataway, and Mary F. Krueger and her husband, Jerry of Leonardo, 13 cherished grandchildren: Stefan, Alexis and Brittany Lane, Grace and Victoria Long, Justin, Lauren, Kyle and David Sanford, Benjamin and Ryan Meseroll; and Christine and Cassandra Krueger, and three sisters, Stella Housler of Spotswood, Mary Kady of Edison, and Helen Piper of Bangor, PA. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 Friday, January 11, 2008 at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park followed by a 10:00 a.m. Funeral Liturgy at St. Paul the Aposte R.C. Church, Highland Park. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Burial Park in South Brunswick. Relatives and friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday, January 10, 2008 at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions maybe made to St. Paul the Apostle R.C. Church Education Memorial Fund, 23 South Fifth Avenue, Highland Park or to St. Peter's University Hospital Foundation, "In Memory of Frances Meseroll," 254 Easton Avenue, New Brunswick, N.J. 08901.
