William Campbell Obituary

William F. Campbell, age 62, of North Brunswick, died Saturday, December 8, 2007 at his home. Born on December 4, 1945 in New Brunswick, he lived most of his life in Piscataway and Highland Park, and recently in North Brunswick. Bill graduated from Piscataway High Schoo1 in 1963 and Rutgers University, College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences in 1972. His business career began with Scott Paper Co., Pfizer, and Veterinary Learning Systems until 1987 when he began his own market research firm. He joined the Marine Corps in 1966 serving with the 3rd Marine Division in Vietnam during the Tet Offensive of January 1968. He received a combat promotion to Sergeant in August 1968, as well as the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry.
He was pre-deceased by his father, William C. Campbell and his sister, Linda Campbell. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Lois Greiner Campbell, a son, Andrew and his wife, Gloria and their children, Ryan and Reese, and son, Joseph and his wife, Rachel. He is also survived by his mother, Lillian Campbell, sisters, Eileen Terlizzi and her husband, Vincent, Patricia Campbell, Ann Martin and her husband, Gregory and his brother, Joseph Keim-Campbell and his wife, Delphine, as well as a niece and nephews. He was a devoted family man and doting grandfather "Pop-Pop."
Relatives and friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at the Jaqui-Kuhn Funeral Home, 17 South Adelaide Avenue, Highland Park. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 12, 2007. Committal services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1 Union Street, Suite 301, Robbinsville, N.J. 08691.
