James John Stevenson

Stevenson, James J. of Kendall Park, NJ passed away on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 after a brief illness in Saint Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ. He was surrounded by his loving family.

James was born in Belleville, NJ and lived in Highland Park, NJ before settling in Kendall Park several years ago.

Mr. Stevenson was predeceased by his sister, Ann Lakomski. He is survived by his sister, Jean Favretto and her husband Julian of Edison, NJ and three brothers, Howard of Edison, NJ, William and his wife Julia of Brunswick, OH, and Richard and his wife Lori of Highland Park, NJ. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and several grandnieces and grandnephews. Finally, James is also survived by his dog, King.

James was a member of the Mount Zion Lodge # 135 of Free and Accepted Masons Lodge of Metuchen, NJ.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 1 pm at the First Presbyterian Church at Dayton, 362 Georges Road, Dayton, NJ. (732) 329-2463.
